Section 29(1) in Rajasthan Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 2011
(1)The State Executive Committee may invite any person, whose assistance or advice is considered useful in performing any of its functions, to participate in the deliberations of any of its meetings.
