Section 24(2) in AADHAAR (AUTHENTICATION AND OFFLINE VERIFICATION) REGULATIONS, 2021
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-regulation (1), any deemed requesting entity or AuthenticationService Agency referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall be required to comply with the provisions of theAct, these regulations, other regulations framed by the Authority, and the policies, processes, procedures,standards and specifications issued by the Authority.
