103. Publication of compromise or arrangement.
- A compromise or arrangement sanctioned by the Registrar shall be published by the society -(i)displaying it for thirty days in a conspicuous place at the registered office of the society;(ii)displaying it at such other conspicuous place in the area over which the society operates and in such other manner as the Registrar may direct; and(iii)sending copies of the same to all creditors to whom notices have been issued under sub-rule (1) of rule 98.Chapter - X Winding Up And Dissolution Of Co-Operative Societies
