21. State register of driving licences.
[Section 28(2)(j)]. - (1) The State Register of driving licences shall be maintained in duplicate in the office of the [State Transport Controller] [Substituted for 'Transport Commissioner' by Haryana Notification No. S.O.131/C.A.59/1988/Ss.28, 38, 65, 93, 96, 107, 111, 138, 176 and 213/2003 dated 29.10.2003.] in Form 10 appended to the Central Rules.(2)The State Register of driving licences shall also be maintained in triplicate in the office of each of the licensing authorities in the Form referred to in sub-rule (1) and copy of each page of it in duplicate, shall be forwarded to the [State Transport Controller] [Substituted for 'Transport Commissioner' by Haryana Notification No. S.O.131/C.A.59/1988/Ss. 28, 38, 65, 93, 96, 107, 111, 138, 176 and 213/2003 dated 29.10.2003.] every month. Each entry on the said Register shall be attested by the licensing authority or by a person so authorised to sign by the [State Transport Controller].
