Section 3(2) in Maharaja Bhupinder Singh Punjab Sports University Act, 2019
(2)The headquarters of the University shall be in the State of Punjab in District Patiala and it may establish or maintain Outlying Campuses, Colleges, Regional Centres and Study Centres at such other places in the State as it may deem fit.
