(2)Deputy Chief Inspector to advise owners - The Deputy Chief Inspector may from time to time examine boiler in commission to ascertain, if they are being operated in conformity with the terms and conditions, specified in the certificate and advise owners an the safety in operation, good maintenance and periodic cleaning of boilers and feed water treatment.
