Section 16(v) in Orissa Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Conditions off Preventive Detention) Order, 1979
(v)shall conform to the standards of cleanliness and dress laid down by the Superintendent of the Jail;
