HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K.M. JOSEPH
For Petitioner(s) Ms. Radhika Gautam, AOR
For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Despite her best persuasion, on perusal of the Trial Court order, we are not inclined to interfere even though the first Appellate Court’s order is little incomprehensible.
We do not think it is a fit case to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed.
Pending application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
