Section 11 in The Rajasthan Municipal Service (Revised Pay Scales) Rules, 1970
11. Liability of payment.
- The pay, dearness allowance and other allowances of a member of the service shall be paid out of the funds of the concerned Municipality where he has served or serves from time to time, as the case may be.
