70. Removal of difficulties.
(1)The State Government may, for the purpose of removing any difficulty, particularly in relation to the transition from the provisions of the enactments referred to in section 67 to the provisions of this Act by order. Direct that the said enactments shall, during such period as may be specified in the order, have effect subject to such adaptations, whether by way of modification, addition or omission not affecting the substance, as it may deem to be necessary or expedient.(2)Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the State Legislature.
