185. Mode of Execution of decree or order
(1) Except as otherwise provided in section 184, every decree or order of ejectment shall be enforced in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908), relating to the execution of decree for delivery of immovable property.(2)Every sub-lessee or transferee whose interest is extinguished on the ejectment of his landholder or transferor shall, for the purpose of the execution of the decree or order for ejectment, be deemed to be a judgment debtor, but unless he offers resistance or obstruction to delivery of possession he shall not be liable for costs.
