Section 52(4)(ii) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur

(ii)The Government shall credit to the contributory Provident Fund of the employee with the University as opening balance on the date from which a person is transferred to the University and he the opts to be the University employee, the amount equal to 8 per cent of his monthly pay with simple interest at the rate of 2 per cent per annum:
