Section 39(1) in Tamil Nadu Inam Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(1)As a preliminary to such determination, the Tribunal shall apportion the compensation among the principal landholder and any other persons whose rights or interests in the inam estates stand transferred to the Government under clause (b) of section 3, or cease and determine under clause (c) of section 3, including persons who are entitled to be maintained from the inam estate and its income, as far as possible in accordance with the value of their respective interests in the inam estate.
