(6)In case of non-payment of Other Charges by the due date, late payment surcharge at the rate of one percent (1%) shall be payable on the outstanding amount for each month of delay or part thereof after the due dates of payment as specified in sub-regulation (3). Such surcharge shall also be payable beginning from 1st April, 2019 on the past dues of Other Charges as on 31st March 2019.
