64. Prosecution and trial of offence.
(1)No prosecution for any offence punishable under this Act shall be instituted except with the previous sanction of the prescribed authority.(2)No Court inferior to that of a salaried presidency magistrate of a salaried magistrate of the first class shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
