25. Code of Conduct For Permanent Employees.
- [The code of conduct for employees shall be made by each Institute in consultation with the Central Government and till such time the code of conduct for employees is framed, the Institute shall follow the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965.] [Substituted 'The code of conduct for employees shall be made by each Institute in consultation with the Central Government.' by Notification No. S.O. 947(E), dated 21.7.2017 (w.e.f. 23.4.2009).]
