27. Agreement for relinquishment of ex-proprietary right not enforceable
. - Subject to the provisions of Section 82, no agreement for the relinquishment or having the effect of a relinquishment of ex-proprietary rights shall be enforceable in any Court whether such agreement was entered into before or after such ex-proprietary rights accrued.
