Section 18(1) in Uttarakhand Agricultural produce Marketing (Development and regulation) Act, 2011
(1)A member of the committee may resign from his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairman. The resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Chairman with the prior approval of the Managing Director.
