Section 10(c) in The Delhi Medical Council Rules, 2003
(c)The Returning Officer shall intimate to the Government that the Government shall nominate to the Council four members having registrable qualification as prescribed in the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The Government shall intimate the names of such four members to the returning officer within thirty days.
