5. Meetings of Authority.
(1)The Authority shall meet at such time, at such place and observe such rules of procedure for conduct of meetings and transaction of business, as may be prescribed.(2)The Chairperson and in his absence, the Senior Vice-Chairperson shall preside over the meetings of the Authority.(3)The quorum for a meeting shall be one-third of the total number of members.
