Section 39(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1964
(1)Any sum payable to Government or to the Custodian in respect of any evacuee property, under any agreement, express or implied, lease or other document or otherwise, howsoever, may be recovered in the same manner as any other sum due to Government.
