(3)The administration of the [Anti-Corruption Bureau] [Substituted 'Vigilance Organisation' by Jammu and Kashmir Act No. 22 of 2018, dated 25.10.2018.] shall vest in the Director who shall exercise in respect of that [Anti-Corruption Bureau] [Substituted 'Organisation' by Jammu and Kashmir Act No. 22 of 2018, dated 25.10.2018.] such of the powers exercisable by a Director General of Police in respect of the police force as the Government may specify in this behalf.]
