Section 19(1) in Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education Act, 1968
(1)The Chairman shall be the Administrative Head of the Board; it shall be the duty of the Chairman to see that this Act and the Regulations are faithfully observed and he shall have all the powers necessary for this purpose.
