Section 10(1) in Gujarat Irrigation and Drainage Rules, 2014
(1)Sanction for the supply of water to any land may be given if(i)the acreage of such lands is 10 Ares (10 Gunthas )or more.(ii)such land, though its acreage is less than l0Ares ( 10 Gunthas ) comprises the entire holding of the applicant.
