(4)No registered practitioner who has obtained any additional qualification shall be entitled to use such qualification for the purpose of practice or any other purpose whatsoever or derive any advantage therefrom during the course of practice or for the purpose of employment unless he gets that qualification registered in the State Medical Register in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
