Section 3(7) in The Haryana Homoeopathic Practitioners (General) Rules, 1975
(7)Public holidays and office hours to be observed by the office of the Registrar shall be such as observed by Haryana Government from time to time. The Registrar shall not absent himself from duty without the permission of the Chairman.
