(4)The State Government or the Collector, with the previous approval of the State Government, may, subject to such terms and conditions, as the State Government considers expedient for securing the purposes of this Act, transfer by way of lease such land with or without the improvement and other works carried out thereon, to the Co-operative Housing Societies of such occupants.] [This sub-section (3) was substituted by Maharashtra 28 of 1984, Section 4(c).]
