PROF. SUGATA BOSE : It has taken a further tragic turn, namely, a school was attacked and women and children who were sleeping there were killed. The United Nations has termed this attack by Israel as a clear violation of international law. We cannot afford to sit on the fence when there is disproportionate and excessive use of force. Therefore, I would urge the Government to take a clear stand on the side of morality and law. Thank you very much. … (Interruptions)
