ORDER (ORAL)
HONBLE MR. SANJEEV KAUSHIK, MEMBER (J):-
1. All these six cases involve identical facts and points of law and as such these have been taken up for final disposal by a common order. For the facility of convenience, facts have been taken from O.A.No. 060/00715/2015 (Varinder Singh & Ors. Versus Union of India).
2. The present O.A has been filed by the applicants impugning the communication dated 10.06.2015 which is a reply to the legal notice, addressed to the Advocate.
3. Counsel for the respondents vehemently argued that the present O.As are not maintainable in its present form as the applicants have not impugned any order passed by the respondents rather they have impugned a reply to the legal notice, therefore, present O.A be dismissed on this ground alone.
4. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the O.As enabling him to file fresh petitions by impugning the order(s) passed by the respondents rejecting their case.
5. Ordered accordingly.
