Section 1 in The U.P. Firearms and Ammunitions (Restriction on Grant of Licence) Order, 1976

1. Short title, extent and commencement.

(1)This Order may be called the Uttar Pradesh Firearms and Ammunitions (Restriction on Grant of Licence) Order, 1976.

(2)It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.

(3)It shall come into force with immediate effect.
