Section 6(2)(ii) in The M.P. State Legal Services Authority Rules, 1996

(ii)The Chairman, High Court Legal Services Committee shall be provided with a staff car and a driver by the Committee and the expenditure on account of the pay and allowances of the car driver as well as the maintenance and repairs of the car shall be borne by the Committee.
