(3)Where the licensing authority decides to grant the licence applied for, he shall require the applicant to submit within such time as he may specify the necessary treasury receipts or Bank Challans showing the payments of requisite [-] [Words 'fee and' omitted vide Punjab Notification No. 46(2)ET.3-79/2587 dated 24.2.1982.] royalty, if any.
