2. Applicant was admittedly appointed on adhoc basis without following regular selection process. According to the applicant, he has worked for 5 months only. Applicant has admitted that he is not in job ever since. His adhoc appointment is brought in the year 2003. Apex Court and High Court time and again deprecate adhoc appointment. No legal/enforceable right accrues on the basis of adhoc appointment being made dehors regular procedure prescribed for adhoc appointment or adopting regular process of selection otherwise.
3. We do not find any justification to issue direction as claimed in para 8 of the O.A forcing the authority "not to create any hindrance in peaceful functioning as E.D.". O.A. has no merit and is accordingly dismissed.
4. No order as to costs.
