O R D E R

Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2.The learned counsel on either side submitted that the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous for the reason that the tender is fixed today (i.e.) 21.05.2015 at 03.00 p.m. and the matter is taken up at 03.15 p.m.

3.In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
