Section 66(5) in The Tripura Co-operative Societies Rules, 1976
(5)Immediately after the appointment of a new committee or an administrator or administrator under sub-rule (1), the committee in whose place such appointment is made and officers of the society shall give the new committee or the administrator or administrators, as the case may be, the charge of the property, documents and accounts of the society.
