. The learned Counsel for the petitioners has placed on record withdrawal pursis dated 05.08.2025 at Exhibit 126 and order passed below Exhibit 1 in Regular Civil Suit No.64 of 2022. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
2. Present Writ Petition arises out of order of temporary injunction passed in the said Civil Suit. Since, the Civil Suit is withdrawn, cause in the petition does not survive. Writ Petition is therefore disposed of as infructuous.
