(12)Subject to the provisions contained in sub-rule (6) a subsequent extension in the period of the appointment-(a)of the Chairman and the member referred to in sub-rule (5) may be granted by the State Government;(b)of the member referred to in sub-rule (3), may e granted by the State Government on the recommendation of the committee constituted under sub-rule (10); and(c)of the member referred to in sub-rule (4), may be granted by the State Government on the recommendation of the committee constituted under sub-rule (11).
