27. Annual Report.
(1)The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Executive Council which shall include, among other matters, the steps taken by the University towards the fulfillment of its objects and shall be submitted to the Chancellor on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes;(2)A copy of the annual report, as prepared under sub-section(1), shall also be submitted to the State Government. The State Government shall as soon as may be, lay the same before the State Legislature.
