Section 111 in Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1964

111. Registration of documents executed on behalf of [Financing Bank/Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 1 of 1987.] or of the [Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited] [Substituted by A.P. Act No. 14 of 1994, w.e.f. 30-4-1994.].

(1)Notwithstanding anything in the Indian Registration Act, 1908, it shall not be necessary for any officer of [Financing Bank/Primary Agridultural Co-operative Society] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 1 of 1987.] or of the [Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 14 of 1994, w.e.f. 30-4-1994.] to appear in person or by agent at any registration office in any proceedings connected with the registration of any instrument executed by him in his official capacity or to sign as provided in Section 58 of that Act.
(2)Where any instrument is so executed, the registering officer to whom such instrument is presented for registration may, if he thinks fit, refer to such officer for information in regard thereto, and on being satisfied of the execution thereof shall register the instrument.
(3)Notwithstanding anything in the Indian Registration Act, 1908, it shall not be necessary to register mortgages executed in favour of [Financing Bank/Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 1 of 1987.] or of the [Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 14 of 1994, w.e.f. 30-4-1994.], where the bank concerned sends, within such time and in such manner as may be prescribed, a copy of the instrument, requiring registration to the registering officer having jurisdiction who shall file such copy in the book maintained under Section 51 of that Act.
