Section 13(xi) in The Punjab Apartment Ownership Rules, 1995
(xi)arrange for the safe custody of books and appoint one of its members or one of the officers of the Association to take charge of all the registers and papers prescribed in these Bye-laws and to send the original charge report on his behalf to the office of the Competent Authority;
