HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA BORANA Order 08/03/2022 This court vide order dated 07.02.2022 had directed the appellant to deposit the remaining dues of maintenance in the proceedings under the Hindu Marriage Act and in the proceedings under Section 125 CrPC by the next date of hearing with a stipulation that in case he fails to do so, the appeal shall be rejected for non-compliance. However, no proof of such deposit being made has been placed on record. Counsel for the appellant is not present despite the matter being called out twice.

Hence, the instant Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution as well as for non-compliance in terms of the order dated 07.02.2022. (REKHA BORANA),J (SANDEEP MEHTA),J 6-Pramod/-
