Section 9(a) in The Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation Motor Vehicles Third Party Liability Insurance Fund Rules, 1967
(a)The Assistant Regional Manager of the region concerned or the General Manager shall draw the amount of compensation from the State Bank of Jaipur and Bikaner quoting the number and date of the order of sanction for payment on the Contingent Bill form, attaching thereto an attested copy of the sanction.
