53A. [ Number of Sweepers. [Inserted by G.N. dated 29th May, 1976]
- In every factory employing number of workers in any shift as shown in column No. 2 of the Schedule appended hereto, there shall be employed at least a number of full time/part time sweepers as shown in column No.3 of the said schedule in the respective shift to clean the latrines, urinals and wash places provided in the factory for the use of the workers employed in that shift, in order to maintain the same in clean and sanitary condition at all times.]
