5. Government to provide seal and books. -
The [State] [Word 'State' substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government shall supply for the office of every Muhammadan Registrar the seal and the books necessary for the purposes of this Act.The pages of such books shall be consecutively numbered in print, and the number of pages in each book shall be certified on the title-page by the Officer by whom such books are issued.
