Section 14(1) in Punjab Municipal Elections Office (State Service Class-III) Rules, 1978
(1)In the matter of discipline, punishment and appeals, members of the Services shall be governed by the Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1970, as amended from time to time.
