Section 6(1) in The M.P. Adim Jan Jatiyon Ka Sanrakshan (Vrakshon Me Hit) Rules, 2000
(1)The Divisional Forest Officer on receipt of letter from Collector shall forward it to concerned Range Officer for inquiry and report after spot inspection, covering all these points mentioned in Form IV in which the Divisional Forest Officer has to report back to Collector.
