(2)When the [Sub-Collector] [Substituted by S.R.O.No. 648/99 vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1183, Dated, 16.8.1999.] confirms or modifies the order he may fix a fresh period within which the order contained in the notice as confirmed or modified shall be carried out.
