(1)On receipt of the application mentioned in section 95, the Court of the Tahsildar having jurisdiction shall cause to be served on the Asami a notice requiring him to pay the amount of arrears together with the cost of the application within thirty days from the date of the service thereof or to show cause, within a period to be specified, why an order directing him to be ejected from the holding be not passed against him.(2)If within the period allowed the Asami pays to the applicant or deposits in the Court the amount mentioned in the notice, the Court shall enter full satisfaction and dismiss the application and the amount deposited shall be paid to the applicant.
