Section 31 in U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Saifai Act, 2005
31. Control by State Government.
- The Institute shall carry out such directions not being inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may be issued to it from time to time by the State Government for the efficient administration of the affairs of the Institute under this Act.
