10. Decision of State Government final.
(1)If any doubt, dispute, difference or issue shall arise in regard to the transfers under these rules subject to the provisions of the Act, the State Government shall make such inquiries and hold such hearings as it considers appropriate to know the views of the affected parties and thereafter the decision made by the State Government shall be final and binding on all parties.(2)The State Government shall have the power to remove difficulties arising in implementing the transfers under these rules.
